Microstructure Characteristics and Properties of NiCrMoFeCoAl-30%SiO<sub>2</sub> Composite Coating on T22 Boiler Tube Steel

In the present investigation, NiCrMoFeCoAl-30%SiO2 composite coating was sprayed on T22 bare steel with HVOF technique. HVOFtechniqueallows production of dense, excellently structured coatings smoother surfaces and enhanced mechanical properties boiler materials. The produced are characterized for their microstructure, corrosion resistance by high-temperature corrosion.The specimen microstructure has been SEM/EDS XRD methods. thickness, porosity, microhardness, density have assessed.
